in the UK. As well as promoting and advising on the hobby,
they represent the interests of their members with national
and international bodies such as the CAA and FAI, monitoring
ever changing legislation and keeping them aware and up to
date of their responsibilities.
They have around 780 affiliated clubs with a combined membership
from individuals and clubs of over 36,000.
All of their members are covered by the associations third
party liability insurance up to a sum of five million pounds.
