Washout
An intentional twist in the wing, usually at the wing tip, washout helps prevent tip stalls.

Wheel spats
A moulded fairing used to cover and streamline the wheels of an aircraft.

Wing
The main lifting surface of an aircraft

Winglet
A small vertically mounted surface at the tip of the wings that helps direct the turbulent airflow over the wing.

Wing root
The thickest sections of the wings airfoil at the center of a wing near the fuselage.
X-Port
A system that allows add on modules to be fitted to Hobbyzone, or Parkzone model planes that will allow, bomb dropping, aerial combat, night-flying
Yaw
The planes side-to-side movement from left to right produced or controlled by the rudder.
Z-bend
A bend in the shape of a Z in control rod linkage that allows the rod to be attatched to a control horn, or servo without the need of a clevis.
