High quality cast aluminium engine mounts with
built in steerable nose leg mount.
Holes for both mounting the engine to the mount and the mount
to the bulkhead are
pre-drilled and machined recesses prevent
the mounting nuts from coming loose.
The tops of the beams are
finished with an anti vibration surface. All the mounting
hardware

Engine sizes are catered for by a range of different
engine mounts, but exact fit is
still something that takes some
hunting down. With the Ultra Motor Mount a range
of engines from
.58 two-strokes right up to big 1.50 four-strokes can be fitted,
and
positioned precisely, with just this one mount.
Unlike most mounts the Ultra Mount incorporates slotted beams
so mounting bolts
are free to be positioned anywhere on the length
of the beam enabling the engine to
be easily both mounted and
positioned in the engine bay without any drilling and
tapping. |

Hangar 9 Super Links are CNC machined
from aluminium, fitted with a precision ball
bearing and
include 2 mm mounting hardware. Once installed control will
be noticeably
smoother and more precise. In addition the
lack of ‘slop’ in the in the union makes for
less wear and tear on servos resulting in longer life. They
are available to fit 2-56 or
4-40 threaded pushrods. Since
most models use either one of these size pushrods, just
about
anyone can upgrade their linkages with Super Links.
