Hangar 9 not only
manufacture superb model aircraft, they also manufacture tools
and modelling aids to an equally high standard. Tools built using
the very best materials, and designed for ease of use and long
life. |

An invaluable safety aid, the Digital Variable
Load Voltmeter (DVLV) simulates typical
in-flight loads on the
receiver pack and displays accurately the voltage present so
that
modellers can see what voltage is in the battery pack before
flying. Three different loads
can be simulated, .5amp, 1amp or
2amp, and all the information is displayed on an easy
to read
LCD screen. The voltmeter will measure voltage from 3.5 to 10volts,
is compatible
with all popular four to eight cell receiver packs,
and it comes fitted with a universal lead. |
| |
 |
|
Predominantly with safety in mind the
digital servo and current meter lets modellers check
both
current flow and voltage between multiple linkages. It can
monitor overall voltage
between the battery and receiver,
charge current between the charger and charge jack,
or current
draw between the receiver and servo. Information is displayed
on an easy to read
digital display, can be easily switched
between either volts or amps and comes pre-wired
with 9 inch
leads and universal connectors.

Four amazing tools in one! Today’s
hi-tech models demand an accurate airframe in order
to maximise
performance. So how do you check the accuracy; a difficult
task. Well that task
just got a whole lot easier thanks
to this four in one digital control throw and incidence
meter.
With this invaluable tool the modeller can measure control
surface throws to within
1/10th of a degree, measure wing
and tail incidence quickly and easily. You can “zero” the
meter at any angle, so you don’t have to level the
airplane in order to measure. Attach the
Angle Pro to the
prop hub (shaft) of your model’s engine to accurately
measure engine
thrust angles. You can even use the Angle
Pro as a precision level, accurate to within
1/10th of a
degree.

An eighteen-inch bar is included with clamps that
fit firmly and evenly to most control
surfaces and a thirty-six inch bar is available as an option (HAN194)
to accommodate
large-scale aircraft. Also available is a replacement six volt battery
for the angle
pro (HAN197) |

- Purchased separately or as a complete 4-in-1 unit (HAN192) to accurately
measure control throws, incidences, and thrust angles

A durable pair of scissors for the modeller’s
workshop that are able to perform a variety
of tasks such
as cutting A.B.S parts, canopies and thick card. Features
include very strong
stainless steel blades and comfortable
easy to grip plastic coated handles.

This great long reach glow plug wrench works well
with two or four stroke engines as it
has a long steel shaft
for hard to reach glow plugs, an easy to grip fuel resistant
plastic
handle and the deep hexagonal socket end that grips the
plug securely. |

Titanium links can be adjusted using pliers but this is the tool that
is designed to do the
job. It allows much more accurate adjustment,
no damage to the link, no chance of slipping
off of the link while
turning and is especially useful if the adjustment has to be carried
out
in a confined space.

The Perfect Peak DC charger is the perfect answer
to charging transmitter and receiver
battery packs of varying
capacities. Capable of charging 4 to 8 cells from 250-1800mAh,
this peak detection charger can handle both Ni-Cad and Ni-MH
batteries and switches to
trickle charge mode when reaching peak.
When the battery is fully charged it emits a beep
sound together
with L.E.D indicators to indicate charge status. Includes crocodile
clips
and leads. |
