The Beechcraft Bonanza
The Beechcraft Bonanza is one of the all time classic general aviation
aircraft. Introduced by the Beech Aircraft Corporation and first
taking flight in 1947 this classic design would go on to be the longest
running production airplane in history.
Walter Beech, the founder of Beechcraft, had the ultimate goal of
designing a lightweight civilian airplane with superb flight performance
whilst maintaining the relatively easy to control flight characteristics
desired by civilian pilots.
What emerged was the V-tail Beechcraft Bonanza which was the first
truly modern high-performance aircraft of that era. Manufactured
in Wichita, Kansas, USA and still currently in production the Bonanza
is its most prized product, delivering and often exceeding pilot
expectations.
The E-flite Beechcraft Bananza EFL2575
E-flite’s ARF version of the classic Beechcraft Bonanza incorporates
a wealth of design features and scale detail that make this quintessential
American favorite a highly accurate rendition.
For the ultimate in-flight realism the Bonanza may be fitted with
optional electric retracts and fully functioning flaps allowing more
scale like landings and take offs to be performed. For even more
scale looks the model comes with a standard tail with a V-tail available
as an optional accessory.
Covered in Ultracote™ in a scale like colour scheme this balsa and
light plywood constructed model includes molded seats, a fibreglass
cowling and a magnetic battery hatch for easy access. A one-piece
removable wing makes electronic installation and transportation simple
and easy.
The Beechcraft Bonanza 15e ARF is optimised for electric power and
is specifically designed for either E-flite’s Power 15, or the Power
25 brushless outrunner motor for enhanced flight performance. Either
motor may be fitted without modification.
E-flite’s usual hardware pack and comprehensive assembly manual
complete this fine model. |
