The Park 480 motor Park 480 1020KV is
designed to deliver quiet, clean power for 3D flyers weighing between
twenty to thirty ounces (565 to 850gms), scale electric flyers of
twenty-five to thirty-five ounces (710 to 990gms), or any model that
may require up to two hundred and fifty watts of power.
The main advantages of using an outrunner motor are it’s compact
size, an ability to turn larger propellers without the need of a gearbox,
high torque and quiet lightweight operation. These high performance
outrunner motors feature high quality construction with ball bearings, |

hardened steel shafts,
and slotted 12-pole outrunner design. They make an ideal upgrade for
pilots seeking more performance at an economical price as they out
perform brushed motors delivering smooth, quiet power. The external
radial rotor design of these motors with front shafts make for easy
mounting, with the ability to change shaft direction easily as a complete
set of mounting hardware with glass reinforced nylon mounts are included.
They are an especially good match for E-flite’s Mini Edge 3D
(EFL2225) the Mini Funtana 3D (EFL2075) and will provide extreme power
for sport flyers such as the Mini Ultra Stick ARF (2250). |
