A precision 3D profile foam model designed
by George Hicks and Jon Leyland the Sobré 3D from
E-flite is a super performer that has superb slow flight
ability coupled with an astonishing 3D aerobatic performance.
The entire model is constructed from 3mm Depron with a vibrant
screen printed colour scheme. Reinforced with carbon-fibre
spars in the wing and fuselage truss bracing to reduce flexing
allows the model to be flown outdoors in low to light winds
of up to ten miles an hour. This reinforcing also gives the
model a lot of added strength for very little weight gain.
The Sobré 3D comes almost ready to fly with
a top quality hardware pack and illustrated assembly
guide, and can be made flight ready in as little
as three to four hours. It’s an ideal match
for E-flite’s Park300 or Park 370 brushless
outrunner motors. And has also been engineered for
use with E-flite’s showstopper variable pitch
propeller system. As if that was not enough, to get
even more outrageous performance with sustained knife-edge
flight, optional side force generators are also included.
Once again, E-flite have got it right with another outstanding
electric 3D model. |
