| If you are looking for a lightweight profile plane with competition
performance, and an ability to perform exciting 3D or 4D manoeuvres,
the Extra 260 3D is just the model for you! Designed by former
Tournament of Champions competitor and aerodynamicist George
Hicks, this state of the art foam profile model has it all.
Constructed from three-millimetre “Depron” with
carbon fibre spar reinforcement in key areas such as the leading
edge and trailing edges of the wings, tail plane, and fuselage
to reduce flexing, flexing is further reduced by a unique cross-brace
system that runs the length of the fuselage with addition bracing
struts to the underside of the tail plane and main wing. This
precision laser cut model is capable of outstanding aerobatic
and extreme 3D aerobatic performance with crisp, precise control,
and thanks to the vibrant factory applied paint scheme it not
only flies great, it looks great as well. The Extra 260 is
engineered for easy mounting of variable pitch propeller systems
(4D) such as the E-flite Showstopper VPP (variable pitch propeller)
with S75 servo, or the E-flite Park 300, or Park 370 hollow
shaft 12Kvolt motor with a variable pitch propeller, should
you wish to take your flying to the very limit! |
