The Hawker Sea Fury is known for being one of the fastest piston engine aircraft ever built, and although it arrived too late for service during WWII it did serve admirably during the Korean War.

E-flite has produced the Hawker Sea Fury 400 using EPS injection-moulded foam resulting in a lightweight, durable and easily repairable model. It features a host of scale detail such as accurately moulded panel lines, painted pilot figure cockpit and canopy, and additional scale detail include the optional under-wing rockets and retractable landing gear. All of the parts are included for either of the landing gear options.

The Sea Fury has an elliptical shaped wing and features pre-installed spars, hinges and control horns and offers gentle flight characteristics with the lightly loaded wing providing smooth handling. The bolt-on wing is easily removed for transport and access to some of the on-board electronics, the others being easily accessible through the magnetic battery hatch. The Sea Fury has a factory installed stick motor mount and can be powered with either E-flite’s 400 or 480 outrunner brushless motors coupled with a 3-cell 11.1V 1800-2200mah Li-Po battery pack. The model has excellent scale performance and flight duration.
