Completely assembled and ready to fly
right out of the box the Blade 400 3D is packed with
state-of-the-art features like brushless power, digital
servos, heading lock gyro, CCPM control and symmetrical
blades. High build quality and flight-testing at
the factory mean there’s no pre-flight setup needed
and its larger size allows it to be flown outdoors
in breezier conditions that would see smaller micro-helis
grounded.
For those who have mastered the basics of flight
on smaller micro helis and want to further their skills the
Blade 400 3D provides the ideal platform to simply taking
the first steps into more advanced sport and 3D aerobatic
flight . More experienced pilots will be able to enjoy all
of the Blade’s 3D capabilities too; in just the time it takes
to charge up the battery pack.
The Blade 400 is the first ready-to-fly heli
to be equipped with Spektrum’s new DX6i advanced six channel
fully programmable full range aircraft radio system. As well
as providing self selecting frequency management and total
freedom from radio interference DX6i’s DSM2 technology provides
a super solid RF link and faster control response; a feature
that enhances the 3D precision and performance of the Blade
400. DSM2’s ServoSync™ resequences transmitted data as it
receives it so that mixed servos receive their command pulses
at exactly the same time giving the pilot a more ‘connected’
feel to the heli.
The yellow and white canopy gives the Blade
a ‘hi-vis’ presence in the sky and alternative canopies and
stabiliser and fin sets are available as accessories. Replacement
carbon fibre components are also available including replacement
rotor blades. |
