The DX5e is a great way to benefit from all of the advantages
that 2.4Ghz Spektrum brings to flying, but at a more
affordable price than ever.
Although not carrying as many of the features of the
more expensive Spektrum™ radios the DX5e will
still provide more than adequate functionality for
use with any planes requiring up to five channels.
Offering servo reversing, Hi and Lo rates, Delta
wing mixing and for those starting out, trainer compatibility
with other Spektrum radios, the DX5e delivers the
most up to date technology for less than ever before.
DX5e is a full-range system utilising the latest DSM2™ technology
and brings with it all the advantages of this simple
to-use, switch on and fly radio system. Powered by four
AA high power batteries (not supplied) it has the infrastructure
to convert to rechargeable versions with a charging socket
incorporated into the side of the transmitter.
The DX5e is supplied with an AR500 5-channel receiver
but the transmitter is compatible with all Spektrum
DSM receivers. If using the DX5e with any of the park
flyer receivers such as the AR6000, AR6100, AR6100E
or AR6300. it is important to respect the limitations
of these receivers and use the combination only in
Park flyer type aircraft.

AR5500 5-channel
Receiver
Included with the DX5e is an AR500 5-channel
full range receiver. The DX5e transmitter simultaneously
transmits on two frequencies creating a bullet
proof link. The AR500 features two aileron
outputs making it convenient when installed
in airplanes with dual aileron servos. |
