Gold Connectors |
|
Gold connectors offer probably the lowest resistance connection of all connector types they should be used when high current draws are expected. It is very important that sound solder joints are made and that all traces of soldering flux are removed from the connectors before use.
2mm are good for up to around 20 Amps
3.5mm are good for around 80 Amps – very compact and light
4mm are used by all top competition flyers at currents of 100 Amps or more. |
