Overview
Originally designed by in Germany specifically for use in scale R/C models, these engines are particularly suited to models with radial cowls such as the F4U Corsair – Sea Fury or firewall mounted on vintage aircraft with no cowling such as the Stearman PT17.

This unique engine comes with an electronic ignition unit for its 7 cylinders. Because of its huge capacity and torque, it can be fitted with large two-bladed or three-bladed propellers of 30 inch diameter or more.

It is a rare engine in both its capacity and size and with its superior performance this is the “must have” engine for larger radial cowl models; warbirds in particular.

The ignition unit uses a micro processor to vary the timings, enabling very easy starting and smooth acceleration, but above all it is the engines ability to turn larger multi-blade propellers at a more realistic speed that makes it a winner.
