The canted glow plug tilts the glow plug driver (and fingers) to the rear of the engine away from the propeller during start up for safer operation. For ultimate power, the bore, stroke and timing are carefully engineered for use with either the included silencer or a tuned pipe. The efficient twin needle carburettor has a unique preset “SetRight” needle valve assembly that makes engine set up easy. The crankshafts are supported with substantial ball bearings for smooth running and longer engine life, and the deeply finned cylinder heads and crankcases help reduce overall engine temperature, improving engine performance.

The engine range comprises the most popular sizes from a compact 5.8cc (36NT) to a whopping 16cc (1NX) and the revolutionary 7.5cc Trainer Power System (TPS).
The Evolution (TPS) is the easiest engine for the beginner to use, and comes with the engine, silencer, three bladed propeller, spinner, and glow plug in a simple one box purchase. The propeller is designed to limit maximum speed, and the crankshaft is fitted with an external flywheel designed solely for use with this engine, helping it to deliver a smoother idle. The carburettor is adjusted and pre-set at the factory, and the engine requires no break-in, and usually, just a couple of flips will have the engine running.
