We will cover costs of shipping your transmitter; there are three ways to instigate this.

1. Box it up securely and take it into any local ANC FedEX UK depot. Address it clearly "TRANSMITTER UPGRADE" and include the Account code '115514/B'. To find your nearest depot click HERE.

2. Fill in the online form and submit it to us. We will arrange a collection from your nominated address. This can be a home or work address. As with option 1 will you please box your transmitter securely and label it "TRANSMITTER UPGRADE" and include the Account code '115514/B' . CLICK HERE TO COMPLETE THE FORM AND SUBMIT ON LINE

3. You can alternatively contact us by phone on 01279 641097 and give us the details that way.

We will then arrange for FedEX UK to collect your transmitter.
