The XXX-T CR uses the same wheels on the front and rear, and features quick release rear axles that let you swap old tread for new in seconds. The same wheels can be used on the front axles using a standard wheel nut configuration. Variable length arms give racers the ability to switch between long and short positions, allowing you to change the handling characteristics for a wide range of driving styles and track conditions. Along with the new aluminium multi-adjustable rear hubs, the XXT-CR has the most tuneable suspension in electric truck racing. The hubs include oversized rear axle bearings for maximum durability. Positioning the weight low and forward, close to the centre of gravity, provides the XXX-T CR with greater forward traction and a lower polar moment than other vehicles. The Kevlar® Spur gear, machined motor plate, motor guard and the race-proven double disk slipper are capable of handling the hottest motors smoothly and efficiently. The redesigned, long-life ball differential offers more consistent handling with less maintenance required. A new moulded gear cover protects the drive-train components by sealing out dirt and debris, while the fan mount allows for the addition of an optional fan to keep hot modified or brushless motors running cool. Critical components on the XXX-T CR are made from Team Losi Racing’s exclusive EA3 class composite. Developed for the ultimate combination of low weight and incredible durability, these compounds not only provide added impact protection but also improve handling on the widest variety of tracks. The newly designed extra long chassis uses this composite to maximum effect, delivering the precision feel that racers demand. |

| Based on the ever popular Micro-T and Micro-Baja, the Micro-Desert Truck carries all of the same features, but on a longer and slightly more stable 89mm wheelbase. Shared features include a Ni-MH battery, independent suspension, differential-equipped transmission and 27MHz Losi AM radio system along with a scale finished desert racing truck complete with moulded front bull bar, sump guard and high grip treaded off-road tyres. As with the other micros in the range, the Desert Truck charges from a AA powered remote peak charger so using the car pretty much anywhere is easy, no 12volt or mains support is needed. Tough and easy to use and drive, these little trucks offer great performance with plenty of speed. Kids love ’em and it’s a great way for them to get into RC cars without even leaving the house! |
