Thin Glue

By popular demand, Team Losi has developed a thin formula Tyre Glue for use on tyres with poor access to the tyre bead and where it is necessary to allow the glue to flow into otherwise unreach-able areas. Much like the standard blue label Team Losi “Tread Lock” Tyre Glue, the new red label thin formula will work well on all kinds of natural and synthetic rubber compounds currently used in R/C car racing. As with any thin formula CA-type glue, cure time is shorter, yet the bond strength is the same. Like the standard formula, the thin formula comes in Team Losi's exclusive non-clogging bottle with the spill-proof screw-on cap

Glueing Kits

For racers who prefer to mount and glue their own tyres, Losi makes the job easier with their new tire gluing kits. Each kit includes their superb Tread-Lock tyre glue, along with a generous supply of elastic “bead-lock” bands that properly position the tyre/rim assembly, insuring a round tire with no gaps in the bead.

Debonder

Losi D-Bond is formulated to soften all grades of cyanoacrylate (CA) adhesive, including the specialty grades used for gluing RC car tyres. D-Bond is excellent for removing dried glue from skin and most surfaces, although it may craze some plastics.
