Horizon Hobby is excited to announce the recent appointment of Joanne Stanton to customer service and repairs. Jo has worked with us since late last year on a temporary contract and we found her tenacious, calm and structured approach invaluable to the customer service experience.
Jo joined us with a broad customer service skill set gained in the pressurised world of publishing and thrives on turning unhappy customers into happy ones! Jo provides the first point of contact to all of our trade customers when you dial your direct line service number.
Jo has a passion for fitness and starts every day at her local gym preferring high intensity cardio workouts to Ready Brek!
